BT Indirect Sales Channel
encourage Training on netViz to boost productivity
Following a netViz seminar held by Kenson
Network Engineering BT Adastral Park. Bill Legrove, Channel Strategic
Development Manager of Business Connections saw that netViz could be utilised
by BT's indirect sales channel to enhance their sales procedures.
BT already use netViz extensively, following the
event and once further negotiation with Kenson was finalised, BT's Indirect
Channel adopted the package as an aid to producing higher quality proposals in
shorter timescales.
netViz is now used in the Service Centres to
document customer and partner networks on an end to end basis. Prior to using
netViz, channel partners attended a one day netViz overview training
course.
